Haojue Ranks Top for 12 Consecutive Years In Customer Satisfaction

According to the 2016 Chinese Customer Satisfaction Index (CCSI) released on March 28, 2016, at the 2016 CCSI press conference themed “Building Chinese Brands with Customer Satisfaction” jointly held in Beijing by the China National Institute of Standardization (CNIS) and the National Enterprises Research Center of Tsinghua University, Haojue outclasses 22 Chinese motorcycle brands in customer satisfaction by scoring five stars in all satisfaction ratings on brand image, price-quality ratio, satisfaction of needs, product reliability and service quality, ranking top for 12 consecutive years in customer satisfaction.

State-level Authoritative Customer Satisfaction Measurement in China
The CCSI, a survey jointly developed and administered by the CNIS Customer Satisfaction Measurement Center and the National Enterprises Research Center of Tsinghua University, is China’s only customer satisfaction index measurement that is verified by state-level authorities. The annually published Chinese Customer Satisfaction Index is recognized as both authoritative and impartial.
Launched in January, 2015, the 2016 CCSI survey was conducted in a scientifically sound and objective manner, with target enterprises randomly selected from 33 industrial sectors closely related to people’s daily life, ranging from durable and non-durable consumer goods to consumer service sectors covering 250 major cities in 31 provinces and regions across China.
Haojue distinguishes itself in the industry as the only winner of all five-star ratings
According to the 2016 Chinese Customer Satisfaction Index, Haojue distinguishes itself as the only motorcycle brand in the category of durable consumer goods to score above average in all ratings. It ranks top among the 23 selected motorcycle brands with five-star ratings in all categories including brand image, price-quality ratio, satisfaction of needs, product reliability and service quality, leading the motorcycle industry for 12 consecutive years.
