2012

January 6, mass production of the GW250, one of the most advanced motorcycles in China featuring a twin-cylinder water-cooled EFI engine, started in Changzhou.

February 6, Dachangjiang Group joined the charity parade held in Jiangmen City, and won the “Award for Outstanding Charity Contributions” issued by the city government.

In June, Dachangjiang Group received the “Award for Outstanding Poverty Alleviation Programs of Guangdong Province”.

In July, the first batch of GW250 motorcycles for export to Japan was produced, and successfully launched in the Japanese market on July 30. The news was carried by both Japanese and Chinese media which claimed that the GW250 was the first 250cc motorcycle model exported to Japan from China. Production of the same models for export to the European and Australian markets started afterwards.

In July, the Suzuki under bone FW110 with drum brakes was put on the market, and the FW110 with disc brakes was also released in October.

In July, the HJ125-18 standard edition (with GN non-balancer engine), HJ125K-5 standard edition (with GN non-balancer engine) and HJ125T-18 were released.

August 3, the Changzhou Haojue Suzuki Motorcycle Testing Center was officially accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) with the Accreditation number: CNAS L5769.

August 24, Changzhou Haojue Suzuki Motorcycle Co., Ltd. was rated as a “Class A Enterprise” by the China Quality Certification Center (CQC) after having received the China Compulsory Certification (3C) Mark, and became entitled starting from 2012 to favorable policies for a “Class A Enterprise”.

In August, the HJ125T-18A and UM125T-C were unveiled.

In September, the HJ125-20 advanced edition (with TSR135 balancer engine) was released.

In October, the HJ150-7 standard edition and the HJ150-8 advanced edition, both equipped with the TSR150 engine, were released.

In November, the HJ125-19 standard edition (with TSR135 non-balancer engine), HJ150-3C and HJ150-6D were released.

In December, production of the GW250J police models started, which was listed as the best police motorcycle model in 2012, based on a nationwide survey on the best police vehicles in China.

In December, the trademark “豪爵” (“HAOJUE”) was listed among the “Famous Trademarks of China” by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

2012 marks the eighth consecutive year of the Haojue brand achieving a 5-star rating in the China Customer Satisfaction Manual issued by state authorities.

2011

April 12, 2011, Jiangmen Dachangjiang Group Co., Ltd., was presented with the “Quality Credible Enterprises of China Award” by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republick of China.

April 21, 2011, Changzhou Haojue Electric Motorcycle Co., Ltd. was established with business centering on design, development and manufacture of Haojue-brand electric motorcycles.

October 13, 2011, the world premiere of GW250, co-hosted by Haojue Holdings Co., Ltd, Suzuki Motor Corporation and Changzhou Haojue Suzuki Motorcycle Co., Ltd, was held in the Chongqing International Exhibition Center.

In 2011, application of Euro III emission standards to all Haojue and Suzuki motorcycles on the market.

2010

On January 18, the first motorcycle comes off the assembly line at Changzhou Haojue Suzuki Motorcycle Co., Ltd., which manufactures a total of 195,053 motorcycles throughout the year.

In April, the company donates 10 million Yuan (around 1.67 million USD) to the earthquake-hit Yushu County, Qinghai Province for disaster relief.

In September, the company is named one of China Top 500 Enterprises for the eighth consecutive year.

By December 31, the company has remained unrivaled in terms of motorcycle production and sales, overall economic efficiency, and tax contributions for eight consecutive years.

2009

Chongqing Haojue Industrial Co., Ltd., a subsidiary wholly-owned by the company, is founded on April 7.

In June, DCJ invests 10 million Yuan (around 1.67 million USD)to cofound the Jiangsu Haojue Charity Fund with Changzhou Haojue Suzuki Motorcycle Co., Ltd.

In November, the company receives an award recognizing its national position as a hi-tech enterprise.

2008

The company donates 15 million Yuan (around 2.5 million USD)to disaster relief after the deadly Wenchuan earthquake in May.

In December, the company receives the “China Charity Award”, which is the highest award from Chinese government for charitable undertakings.

2007

The company invests 10 million Yuan (around 1.67 million USD)to create Guangdong Haojue Charity Fund in August.

Haojue motorcycles receive a third China Top Brand Award in September.

The EN125-2A model is granted an export inspection exemption by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine.

On November 27, Changzhou Haojue Suzuki Motorcycle Co., Ltd. and Changzhou Suzuki Motor Research and Development Co., Ltd. are established in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province as joint ventures between the company and SMC. Chairman & CEO Osamu Suzuki of SMC is present at the founding ceremony.

On December 31, Changzhou Haojue Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. starts construction.

2006

The company holds a foundation stone laying ceremony for Changzhou Haojue Suzuki Motor Co., Ltd. on September 28.

The company completes the third-phase project in December, allowing its annual production to reach 3 million motorcycles.

Haojue is accredited as a “Famous Trademark of China” in December.

2005

The 63,000m2 Integrated Logistics Center is completed and begins operation in October.

2004

In May, the company articulates a strategic goal outlining a big leap forward in its operations.

The company unveils its new logo “Haojue” in August.

Haojue motorcycles receive a second China Top Brand Award in September.

The company receives the China Compulsory Certification (CCC) in February for the high safety standards of its motorcycles.

The company is listed in China Top 500 Enterprises for the first time in August.

The company ends the year atop the industry by reaching one million units in both production and sales on December 23; it also has unmatched overall economic efficiency and tax contributions in the industry.

2002

On September 25, the company inaugurates the establishment of Suzuki Motor Research and Development Co., Ltd., a joint venture with SMC. Chairman & CEO Osamu Suzuki and Vice Chairman Sokichi Nakano of SMC are also present at the event.

2001

In September, the Haojue 125 series is the first to receive China Top Brand Award from the China Top Brand Strategy Promotion Committee.

2000

In January, the motorcycles are exported to the global market through SMC.

Haojue motorcycles win the Top Brand Award conferred by the Guangdong Provincial Economic & Information Technology Committee and Guangdong Provincial Top Brand Certification Committee.

1996

The company launches a production expansion project, which ends in October 1997 and raises its annual capacity to 800,000 motorcycles.

On December 30, the company starts the construction of an engine plant, raising annual output to 800,000 engines after its completion in 1998.

The company is awarded the title of the National Best Performing Enterprise in Quality and Efficiency for the first time.

1993

The company begins to produce the AX100 model in May.

On June 28, the company signs a technology agreement with SMC to introduce its GN125 model.

1992

On January 2, the company is founded.

On February 13, foundation piles are driven into the ground on the company’s construction site.

The company’s first motorcycle rolls off the production line on June 10.
