Our motorcycle manufacturing network features dozens of state-of-the-art production lines that automate processes like stamping, welding, plastic injection, painting, assembling, and packing, along with an automated online testing system for assembled motorcycles. In addition to motorcycles, we also produce manufactured components such as frames, fuel tanks, air cleaners, shock absorbers, seats, rearview mirrors, and plastic covers. Welding robots from Japan’s FANUC and Panasonic are used for welding procedures, and are complemented by positioners to form workstations. Plastic injection is accomplished with a fully automated central conveying system that’s outfitted with Toshiba precision injection molding machines. Along the painting line, ABB Norway’s 7-axle robots are employed with high voltage electrostatic rotating spray systems produced by SAMAS and Ransburg, and BASF’s UV dual cure process is also used.
In our plants we apply advanced management concepts including Standard Operating Procedures, 5S and Visual Management. We operate in a PDCA cycle and encourage proposals and QC activities from our staff. In the pursuit of low costs, zero defects and high efficiency, we have developed a lean, balanced operational model which is market oriented and highly sensitive to varied customer expectations.
We pursue a global procurement policy and have established strategic partnerships with world’s leading suppliers. By ensuring the finest quality of raw materials and component parts, we promise that each motorcycle presented to our customers meets international standards.
